This tripod is wonderful! It's heavy duty and supports our classroom's semi-professional video equipment. The only problem we have had will be the rubber deal with on 1 arm came off. We'll need to have to glue it back on, I guess. I haven't contacted the seller. So, I can't say if they would take care of the problem or not. (Review More...)
