Product Review
I purchased this for my 15-year-old daughter to utilize with her Nikon L110. She specifically liked the height as well as the carry deal with. I liked the price. It was a fantastic deal for an individual just starting out who couldn't use all of the functions of an pricey tripod. For the average house user heading out on vacation, or the part-time beginner, this can be a very good, standard, entry-level tripod that offers a mixture of great cost, ease of use, and a height appropriate for taller photographers. I wouldn't recommend it for heavy DSLR rigs, or for adding to a large kit. But for a beginner with a medium sized digital camera, it really is a nice tripod. Plusses: price, ease of use, carry deal with and height range. Cons: not the lightest tripod, nor would I advocate it for people who are concerned with obtaining essentially the most strength within the lightest package. But I would purchase one again and once more for a beginner or component time photographer who does not need all of the features of a several-hundred-dollar tripod setup. (More...)

Product Review
I lately bought my initial digicam and required something to take lengthy exposure occasions. This certainly does what I wanted it to. It's low cost, lightweight and from what I've noticed, is stable for lightweight cameras. When completely extended the legs do seem fairly thin. I have not tried it in outside winds yet. Bear in mind I am only beginning and have not tried any other tripods. I only needed a thing portable and stable. (Review More...)

Product Review
I bought this set for my Nikon d3100 simply because the set was really cheap and came with everything I required. With the cost so low I was not expecting anything wonderful and thats just what I got. The mini tripod doesn't support the weight of the camera so it is useless. I put the camera on it and it just sags down. The significant tripod is sort of the same way. If you set the head at a specific spot, anticipate it to sag a minimum of and inch as soon as you let your hand off of it. The design isn't to stable. The legs are very thin and getting my $800 camera sitting on top of it makes me feel uneasy. The most effective portion of the kit will be the monopod and the remote shutter release. The monopod is created of extremely solid metal and hold my camera very effectively. The cost of this kit was worth this piece alone. Along with the shutter release is ideal. It works wonderful with my camera and can be a ought to for anyone who likes lengthy exposure shots. There will be no camera shake within your shot due to the fact you in no way should touch the camera itself to trigger the exposure. (Read More...)

Product Review
Stability with center column extended vertically: The 190XPROB reliably supports my camera and heaviest lens when the center column is extended to a bit much more than half its length. The tripod also gives stable support with the center column completely extended, offering a little extra care is taken when positioning the tripod and vibrations (e.g., from wind or targeted traffic) are minimized. Stability with center column extended horizontally: Getting in a position to change the center column from vertical to horizontal is among the outstanding functions of the 190XPROB -- very handy for macro work. The tripod is stable in any leg configuration with the center column extended to about two-thirds of its length. With the legs spread within the two or three widest positions, the tripod is stable with the center column totally extended horizontally. Ease of operation: Simplicity itself. The flip lever leg locks open and close effortlessly, lock securely. The tripod legs slide smoothly. Leg length adjustments throughout use are painless. The center column raises and lowers easily, rotates smoothly. Attaching a ball head is no problem at all. Extremely quick set up in the field. (More...)
